Tracks activation-to-arrival performance, EMS handoff, and transport disposition, and generates leadership-ready reports in Microsoft Word, PDF, and Power BI (Excel) formats.

Power BI Import Instructions

1. Export the Power BI dataset above and save the .xlsx file.  2. In Power BI Desktop select Get Data → Excel workbook and choose the file.  3. Load the RR_Data table — the ResponseMinutes, MonthKey, TransportedByEMS, and MetFiveMinGoal columns are pre-computed for immediate use in visuals and DAX measures.  4. Suggested visuals: card (Avg ResponseMinutes), column chart (Count by MonthKey), donut (PatientStatus), stacked bar (Destination).

Data Management
All records are stored locally in this browser (localStorage key wh_rrt_v1) — no network required

Backup & Restore

Duplicate Management

Exact duplicate — every field matches (case, spacing and time format ignored). Likely duplicate — same Event Date + Patient Name + Patient Arrival time, or the same SaFER ID #, but other fields differ. You are always asked which entry to delete before anything is removed, and the last deletion can be undone from the notification bar.

About

R.R.T. v1.1 is a single-file, offline-first application in the S.E.M.S. design system. All export libraries (docx, jsPDF, SheetJS) are fully inlined — the application functions with zero network connectivity, consistent with COOP / downtime-resilience requirements. Source data seeded from the EOC PKI workbook (Rapid Response sheet).
